Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased, it remains active until canceled. All paid plan fees are final, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused service months.

Misuse of the app, including abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms, may result in suspension or permanent account ban.

Credits Policy

• ✓ Credits are only used after your monthly plan limit is exhausted.
• ✓ Credits do not expire — they roll over forever with no monthly reset.
• ✓ Credits are only available to active Starter or Pro subscribers.
• ✗ No refunds on purchased credits.

Acceptable Use

NumSphere is built to help service businesses recover revenue and manage bookings. Do not use the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to disable access for accounts that violate these terms or jeopardize the safety of our community.
